Joseph Clayberg, M.Ed. works as a management consultant, business developer and entrepreneur. One of the first employees in Tulsa's Community Action Program in 1969, he has worked for many Federal, State and Local agencies since then promoting economic and job parity for the underserved communities. He draws his expertise from extensive experience and the application of many disciplines including management, critical competitive analysis, market strategy and research, product development, eLearning web development and job training. Mr. Clayberg specializes in MBE Certifications and technical assistance to minority companies and organizations and is a partner in Global Trading Partners and President of Community Capital Development Corp. He is a SBA (Small Business Administration) TA (Technical Assistant) Provider for Micro Loans in this region. He spoke to our children on “What were the most important and growing jobs for the new Century.” |

Al Young - EDS Applications Development Worked in the information technology profession for 20 years. Graduated from the University Of Arkansas At Fayetteville in December 1984 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering. Positions in his career include programmer, systems developer, team leader, database support analyst, and employee mentor. Currently, an information specialist working for Electronics Data Systems (EDS) with primary duties consisting of application support & development and problem resolution. Before joining EDS, spent 12 years working for a data processing services company. Previous employment were Oklahoma Natural Gas, Shell Oil, Sunoco, First data Oilcard Services, and Sabre, Inc. After graduating from college, spent 3 ½ years working for OXY USA, Inc. as a programmer supporting various data processing systems. |
